The New Year

The following blog may tend to jump around or seem somewhat misleading.. just read it and any questions email me (link on the side) otherwise read it as a vent and maybe consider it as your own and make it relevant to your own life.

So it's finally the end of the year, the end to many things good and bad I guess but also the end to a past, an end to mistakes, an end to many things but most of all an end to a year of change. That's right this year was a year of big change. A year where I learnt lessons, I learnt to move on and I learnt to let go. I started uni which was a major change from school but now it's like second nature.

As we grow older its amazing how the things we cherished as a child become out grown and its usually the little things, the more peculiar things in which we seem to take notice or appreciate. – or maybe that's just me… A year ago from now my life was as planned as i had scoped out.. however we all know murphy's law, irony and coincidence is always just around the corner..

The more i planned the more i seemed to estimate and predict – yet what we usually plan is usually irrelevant to the negative things – we usually plan things to success, to ease, to wealth and to dream which we predict will come true. (opps big mistake)

I guess the biggest part of this year was growing in GOD along with reviewing myself and realizing who I need to trust (GOD). Obviously we all have our hardships and our moments we shine, but also we need to have our times to grow.  I'll be honest going into 2011 I will miss 2010 and all the moments that built up to it, however 2011 will be a year of productivity, a year I can restart, refresh and redevelop priorities and decisions in life.

A year i can continue to dream – reiterate my plan and re-write the unwritten story of my life. “Life is like a box a chocolates, you never know what you going to get” – Forest Gump

With my head held high and my sight on the future the past will be left in the shadows... Let's just hope they don't choose to return…

If I could sum up 2010 it would have to be "A year of change, a year of acceptance, a year of growth, a year of pain, a year of study, a year of realisation, a year of formalities, a year of schedule, a year of plans, a year of dreams, a year of the unexpected, a year of fun, a year of measure and a year of somewhat different.”

If i could predict the year ahead of us now 2011 and what i expect it would have to be:

A year of clarity, redefining, expectations, dreams, experience, ideas and most of all the best i can make it!
